We use FedEx to ship small to medium size parts. If you find the item damaged after you have signed and accepted the item and the damage was not noted on the delivery receipt, Auto Metal Direct will not be able to help you with a claim. We are not responsible for any paint or labor expenses. The credit or refund amount will not exceed the defective parts original purchase price. If the damage is severe, please refuse delivery and call our office immediately - we will take care of the claim and send you a replacement. Test fit all parts before sanding, priming, or painting them. By signing the delivery receipt, you are certifying that you have received your item s in good condition. If they sign the delivery receipt certifying that the item was in good condition when it arrived and you find any damage after the fact, Auto Metal Direct will not be able to help you with a claim. The following charges will be added to glass orders to cover the cost of the protective packaging and will be added to the actual shipping fee. All backordered parts that ship after the original shipment will be subject to additional shipping fees.
