Because he didn't grab any tools he pulls out his car key and begins to scrape and pry at the plastic fasteners holding the lining in place seriously damaging one of them. Smyrna comes out and immediately greets me and helps me, without my even asking she is already ready with a battery tester. I wanted to write this review to praise the management at Autozone. Because he was so honest about my situation I came back a few days later to purchase a new battery. About 1 year ago they also did the same thing but i did buy them! What should I do now? Thanks I will be back I am not much of a car person, so I headed to autozone to get help with a new brakelight. Shout out to Israel, who provided outstanding customer service today! And I have to ask him what he said.
The employees are young and don't know how to use the computer system well enough to look up parts. But they had the more expensive so i opted to buy them online 3 days later i come again for brakes for my other car and i get the same answer out of stock for the cheapeast but they had the more expensive?? I tell him I need help replacing my brake light. There was no above and beyond here. Came in late at night because one of my lights was out. I was in the area due to errands and sadly my battery was acting up, so instead of risking trying to drive home the additional 20 miles I stopped in to have my battery quickly looked at. Ricardo and Rene around 6:30 pm provide such a great service I have been here before and I was help by Mirna, Roy and a girl whose name I didn't catch they said my cars battery wasn't good then I approached Ricardo and Rene and they made it all better it's been two weeks and my car is still going strong thank you very much So ive gone to this location many times and service is great but i think something is going on with management. Afterwards she finally noticed us and moved.
The management team and staff were super welcoming and helpful and educated me on which set would be best for my car. I definitely recommend this location. This will definitely be the last time we go here for help. Eventually I'm next and a new guy asks what I need. Me: but you just checked my battery??? Rude customer service as well. At least other locations are.
I will be returning Here for sure! Inside Louis did a great job helping my friend find the correct oil got her car and the best deal! Every time I come here I receive attentive friendly service. Customer service is obviously important in this store. Next she leads me to the bolts I already checked out when she was giving false info to another customer. So i have a couple of cars and i need brake pads so i go personally to get them and they didnt have the cheapeast in stock. If you're in the area, spend the extra couple of minutes to drive to the other location.
I got it checked at another Autozone. So my husband went in today for a simple question about the kind of antifreeze our car would need and the worker Javier if I'm correct, was very unprofessional and told my husband to look up the information and find the antifreeze himself on the shelf. Obviously, I won't be back. His great customer service totally made my day. And they always have Castro oil - the European formula - in stock, while many other auto supply stores will not have this type of European formula.
This was a great experience at this store. Worker: And ours isn't working either. We get to my car and I open the trunk. I got their and asked for help, because normally they are very helpful. It was pouring rain and this man didn't care getting wet to help me out. I was blown away by the great service!
